1. Payments and refunds:Premade themes: Will be paid for and received at checkout NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ACCEPTED UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE.
Support and custom uploads should be paid for immediately after the service is provided.
We accept credit cards and debit cards through Paypal. A Paypal account is not required to checkout. Should you have an issue with Paypal, please contact me before placing an order. Due to the nature of the web and graphic design process and the time involved refunds are not given for any reason. Blog Milk reserves the right to refuse service to any company or individual at our discretion.
Uncleared Echeck Payment
If an echeck payment is not cleared by the time agreed, Blog Milk holds the right to publish the information after making a proper claim.
2. Authorization:
The credits under your theme should never and by any reason be altered or removed. If you are a designer please note that we offer an affiliate program. Please do not use our themes and over-charge your clients by giving a theme created by us and putting your credit in. Note that out themes have an inbuilt tracking system. We are able to see the link, name and blog information and receive alerts when our themes have been passed on or credits have been removed.
3. Browser Compatibility:
All designs are scanned for issues in the latest browser versions of: Internet Explorer, Mozilla FireFox, Chrome, Opera, and Safari. This guarantee does not cover AOL, text-based browsers, screen readers, hand-held or outdated browsers, or any requested special effects that we have advised against. Unless specifically requested and purchased by the client, I do not code for browsers older than the current release.
4. Added Fees:
Only in the case of requested changes, upgrades or installations our team will charge a fee already listed on our frequently asked questions or additionals page.
5. Licensing:
All the rights of the resources or any material used to create a theme will remain intellectual right of Blog Milk - Personal use only is provided unless the client purchases complete right of a design in order to remove our credits which will be billed accordingly for $550.
6. Data Backup:
Blog Milk provides content backup only in the case of "seller installations". In any other case it will be the client's responsibility to backup any layouts, content or files.
7. Copyright infringement:
In the case of a user: If a template is passed on to an individual who has not paid for our services an added fee of $100 will be charged to the user.
In the case of a designer: Blog Milk is an authentic concept, a join force between bloggers, designers and marketers and we go an extra mile to provide our clients with the best. Most of our coding has never been used within Blogger and for that reason we protect our content with laws and regulations.
Blog Milk has complete intellectual and creative rights of every layout we produce. Not only the style but also the creative elements are proper of Blog Milk. If a designer claims our work as their own we will proceed to remove the codes and we will take legal action. So far since our opening in January 2012 3 layouts have been removed and we are preparing a site were we blacklist the designers that have stolen from us.

8. Publishing Format:Please note, these templates are for use on Blogger hosted blogs only. Your blog can always have a custom domain name but it has to be hosted IN Blogger. If you don't sign into your blog through blogger.com, I can't help you.
Blog Milk will soon provide Wordpress templates but for the time being we only provide Blogger templates and graphics for every webhost.

In order to create, install, or support your blog, I will need a temporary invitation to your blog, we don't have access to any of you information except for the posts which we never go into.
10. Post-Installation Modifications:
All our templates are customizable at the "Design" area of blogger. Our installations don't include future changes. The maximum time spent on an installation is 2 hours. Please note, you are welcome to perform changes on your blog without ever removing the credit links.
11. Prices:
All prices are subject to change. Fees may vary depending on the extent of the work put into a template. In the case of a sale customers will be notified is a one-time offer.

Before jumping into the design process, it is important that you have a very clear picture of what you're looking for.
Deposits and completion
Standard orders require a deposit to be placed in queue. The second and final payment needs to be made before receiving the documents.
Wait time
Any projected dates quoted during the design process are meant to be accurate but depend on the completion time of previous projects and your own availability. Revisions slow down the design process, which can often shift completion target dates.
Proofing
We calculate a maximum amount of 3 proofs before designing the final look.
Revisions
Additional or graphics do not include any revisions after approval.
Cancellation & Refunds
Due to the nature of design work, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. Should you choose to terminate a project for any reason, you will have a design credit for the amount of any invoices you paid, for a period of 3 months.

Our Blog Designs are meant to change the look of the blog and will never affect Blogger's Interface. Any issue regarding Blogger should be reported by the client directly to Blogger. Blog Milk is not responsible for any Blogger failure, delays, uncompatiblity, maintenance or blog cancellations. Please understand we cannot teach you how to use Blogger's interface, it is the client's responsibility to learn and use Blogger properly.
14. Unforeseen Events:
In the case of Blogger changing their permission for custom themes, shop shutdown or any other even regarding hosts, blogger or personal reasons for closing this shop Blog Milk will not be responsible for client errors, changes, upgrades or refunds of any kind.
