REGARDING PURCHASES
1. I bought a template and the download never started.
We ask that you wait on the Paypal page until your download starts automatically, if you close the window too soon the download dialogue won't show. If for this or any reason you didn't receive your template. Please contact us.
2. How do I install my theme?
To get more instructions, open the file containing your bought template. A PDF document has been attached with step-by-step instructions.
3. Where do I go to change fonts and colors?
Sign in to Blogger and go to the "Customize" - "Advanced" section of your blog. For more instructions see the tutorial attached with the theme document.
4. Can I customize my theme?
Yes, but while we do provide the code for our themes, we are unable to offer support for HTML & CSS customizations.
5. Why don't you accept e-checks?
We have blocked echeck payment because we have an automated download system once your payment is through you will receive your product. Most companies hold the merchandise until the payment has cleared but we do not have the option of doing so.

1. I just saw one of your themes is "sold out", why?
At Blog Milk we pride ourselves of making not only beautiful detailed and functional designs but we also want to maintain a sense of exclusiveness by offering only 15 issues of each theme.
REGARDING COMPATIBILITY
1. Which browsers do you work with?
Our templates are compatible with the latest versions of Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Safari and Google Chrome. This doesn't include handhelds like iPads or smartphones. Please note the the variety of those is too great for us to optimize our themes on every one of those browsers.
2. Will my blog work with Disqus?
Blog Milk doesn't provide support for third party commenting systems. Unfortunately their codes may not react well in our highly customized themes.
REGARDING PRICES
1. Do you offer discounts?
Only in the case of a large purchase (4 items or more) we offer a 15% discount in the total.
2. I want to buy themes for my friends, do you offer giftcards?
Yes, giftcards can be found under the "special features" label. You can also contact us via email to request one.
3. Why are there price differences between collections?
We price each theme according to the features, resources and funds that we hace spent in creating it. Themes with different features have different prices.

Yes, it is always possible to upgrade under "additional" services. Please, keep in mind that our prices vary depending on the features of the theme. If you purchased from a previous collection and your theme is missing a feature you will be charged a fee to upgrade or add a new element.
REGARDING INFRINGEMENTS
1. Nothing is showing up on my screen, why?
As we mention above, we make an effort to protect our work and periodically search for our codes within our server. Templates will be deleted if there's any kind of infringement and a bill will be sent to your account as per our Terms and Conditions regarding copyrights.
