ABOUT CUSTOM INSTALLATIONS
- Before you make your submission, verify that your question has not already been replied to in the frequently asked questions section.
- Remember that as per our Terms and conditions customizations or additional changes do not qualify as support.
- Our templates are customizable. Each template description explains and shows what changes can be made to your template, please refer to the page containing the description of the template you purchased if you have any doubts before emailing us.
- If you are trying to customize the HTML code and encountered a mistake. Our resolution team will charge a $35 hourly rate to fix it again. We advice that you re-upload the template from the same folder again and start over.
- Our templates are compatible with the most recent versions of following browsers: Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera and Safari. This does not include tablets, cellphones or other devices. Some of the above browsers occasionally show bugs e.g. Google Chrome, this happens when a browser has a low market rate. Will will try to submit a bug report when necessary but keep in mind it could take time.
- We provide text-body changes for those using Blogger as their post submitter. If you are using side services to upload your template we won't be able to fulfill your request.
ABOUT CUSTOM INSTALLATIONS
- When our team takes care of installing your template and re-organizing your sidebar items, we backup your template and send the files to you via email when the installation is done.
- Installations don't include changes to the HTML area of the blog with the exception of column-size adjustments. In the case of changing backgrounds or adding graphics you must provide the content via email.
- The final result of the template is exactly the way you see it on the demo site. We advice that you try to replicate the organization of the preview to make your blog more functional.
- Custom installations do not include reviews. Once you are satisfied with the look of your template after uploading there is not credit for future changes.
